Helping women finance professionals re-enter the corporate workforce after a career break

Pursuing a Chartered Accountancy course requires a great deal of determination, hard work and discipline.

Men and women have to put it equal amount of effort to qualify as successful chartered accountants. However, it is observed that 50% of women CA professionals who join the workforce drop out and take career breaks necessitated by family commitments.

There are many who leave their careers because after marriage, raising a family, face difficulty in balancing family and work responsibilities or face relocation challenges.

There are also many who have taken a career break and are now keen to get back and re-start their careers.

However, there is no enabling facility which can help such “Back to Work” professionals from finding suitable jobs.

StarEves initiative is designed and intended to provide a platform to such talented women finance professionals.

StarLeaf will use its resources to screen such talent, assess their functional strength areas and position this talent to its vast network among CFO’s and CHRO’s.
