Nirvik Singh

Nirvik Singh is a 32-year veteran of the marketing & communications industry. He is currently Global COO GREY group and President International overseeing Asia Pacific,Middle East,Africa ,Europe and Latam . After a 13-year stint in Singapore, he now resides in Dubai

Nirvik began his agency career when he joined Trikaya Advertising (GREY India) and later became the head of GREY India before being elevated to CEO South East Asia. In 2010 he took on the role of Chairman & CEO, APAC. In 2016, his remit was expanded to also include Middle East & Africa (AMEA).

His highly-regarded business acumen has led to acquisitions for GREY in India, Bangladesh, Pakistan, South Korea, Philippines, Thailand and Nigeria.

Promoted to Global COO in 2019, he has enhanced the seamless and agile creative process at GREY by introducing the `borderless integrated marketing’ model -a new way of collaboration. He also oversaw the development & launch of a global internal tech platform- GO.GREY.com, with employees now having access to cultural insights, intelligence reports, campaigns, specialists, and published works from across the GREY network. This has transformed GREY into a future-facing agency with a culture of innovation, award-winning creative works and exceptional new business performance.

Nirvik has been featured on the BBC, CNBC Asia as well as profiled in The Wall Street Journal, Business Times, Economic Times, CEO Insights, and many others.

He hosts the Global Asian Achiever at Spikes Asia annually and is on the board of India’s leading retail company, Shoppers Stop and was Chairman of one of India’s largest apparel company, Raymond Apparel Ltd

He is also the Winner of the Campaign Asia Pacific Agency Head of the Year 2020.

Rajiv Banga

Rajiv Banga, based in Gurgaon, superannuated in Mar ’21 after 6 years as MD/ Director of the 3 Rail SPV’s set up for development & operation of the Rapid Metro project in Gurgaon. Professional career comprises over 40 years of multi-facetted, multi-locational work experience in leadership positions of project management, supply chain & technology in FMCG, chemicals & infrastructure space, including serving as Managing Director of infrastructure SPV’s for over 11 years.

Before the Rapid Metro project, led Mangalore SEZ Ltd. (MSEZ), a company co-promoted by ONGC, IL&FS, &  Govt. of Karnataka in PPP format, developing a “multi-product”, “plug and play” industrial park in the SEZ format with a project outlay of Rs 1700 crores.

This was preceded by  ~ 27 years with Hindustan Lever Ltd – now HUL, with experience equally distributed across Project Management as well as Manufacturing operations, Supply Chain & Technology.

Having started as a Management Trainee at HUL in Jul 1980, after a series of project management & factory management assignments, discharged senior leadership roles as Technical Director for the Fertiliser & Chemicals subsidiary Hind Lever Chemicals Limited (circa 2000 to 2003) followed by the role of Vice President (Engineering) for HUL for over 5 years while leading the capital investment program of HUL during the period 2003 to 2007.

Academically, holds a degree of B.E. (Hons), Mechanical Engineering from Birla Institute of Technology and Science, Pilani, having graduated in 1980.

Mohan Mahajan

Mohan is the Founder of one of Mahajan & Aibara. Set up in 1979, it is one of India’s leading and most respected risk advisory and forensic consulting firm. With HQ in Mumbai, it has branches in Delhi, Bangalore and Pune.

Mohan studied at St. Stephen’s College, Delhi and The London School of Economic (B.Sc. Econ) and qualified as a Chartered Accountant from The U.K. Subsequently he worked with Arthur Young (now EY) in various countries including U.K., Spain, Australia and Luxembourg. Thereafter he was Principal Manager with A.F. Ferguson & Co. (now merged with Deloitte) before founding  his own firm of management consultants and chartered accountants called Mahajan & Aibara.

Mohan has over forty years of experience and has specialised in the areas of corporate governance, enterprise risk management, risk consulting and risk based internal audits, performance improvement projects etc. He is Chairman of GRC (Governance, Risk and Controls) Committees of Landmark Retail and Landmark Leisure and Hospitality in Dubai. He was earlier  Chairman of Lifestyle India (dept. stores). Mohan is also associated with a couple of companies in India as a board member.
